Our Referral Fee

General membership in our network is free. We will put you on our referral list and contact you when we have a buyer or seller buying or selling a home in your service area.

 

Once we contact you you may accept or decline the client lead. If you accept the lead, we will fax or email you a Referral Fee Agreement. Our standard referral fee is 25% of your commission for the purchase or sale for the client we referred to you. The 25% is based on your portion of commission paid by the seller (typically stated in the MLS listing agreement). Our fee is due promptly after the property closes and you receive your commission.
